Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Alex Gronlund (aka Alex G) makes earnest, lyrical pop. Born in Denver, Colorado, Alex G first began singing as a teenager and posting cover songs online to overcome her stage fright. Eventually, she gained confidence, as well as an ever growing online fan base. After attending Colorado State University for a year, she dropped out and relocated to Los Angeles to focus on her music career. In 2014, she released her debut self-titled album, featuring songwriting and production collaborations with Lauren Christy, Mikal Blue, Jason Reeves, and Jason Mraz. The Share Your Story EP followed a year later. In 2016, Alex G delivered the single "Showing Up." ~ Matt Collar
