Being Away

Day by day she stays at home, sits near the phone but it never rings. And each second she misses him more, time always seems to pass so slow. He tries to find something to do now, stupid songs he writes. He can't stay being away from his girl ,talks about her all the time.
"I am singing here today but my thoughts are far away."
He feels sick, she is afraid, it's so hard being away.
Now she remembers everything, every moment of the night they've met.
Yeah he remembers they were both drunk. he can hear each word they've said:
They talked about stupid punk bands names, they talked about All Stars.
They had an argue about the government, now they think about it all the time"
