Rising to stardom via social media, Toby Randall is a singer from Northampton, U.K., who began to garner attention toward the end of 2013 after uploading his own covers of popular hit songs. Having lent his powerful vocals to renditions of tracks such as "Maps" by Maroon 5, "Tennis Court" by Lorde, and "Video Games" by Lana Del Rey, clips of the performances went viral and he developed a celebrity fan base, earning praise from household acts such as Nicole Scherzinger, Nicki Minaj, and Hayley Williams. Success continued with Randall making public appearances alongside fellow stars of the web such as Zoella, Cameron Dalls, and Miranda Sings, as well as performing at SocialCon 2014 and VidCon 2015. 2014 saw Randall put out his first original track via Universal, "Misfits."
