About Somewhere Else
Electronic duo Somewhere Else make soulful, atmospheric, dance-oriented pop. Formed in 2016, Somewhere Else features the combined talents of two-time Grammy-winning producer/songwriter Carlo "Illangelo" Montagnese and creative director/songwriter Billy Walsh. Prior to joining forces, they each built up their own impressive array of credits including collaborations with Drake, the Weeknd, Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, and others. Along with his songwriting, Walsh also gained renown as a fashion stylist and for his work designing Rihanna's 2016 "Shoe of the Year"-winning Fenty Puma Creeper. That same year, Somewhere Else garnered attention with their debut U.K. VMA-nominated single "Move Together," featuring Canadian R&B duo Majid Jordan. In 2017, they returned with several more singles including "Glue" featuring RAYE, "All the Way," and "Uh Huh."
