Ad Infinitum
When I was a child
Thought I'd see everything
Thought I'd make it up the wall
That towered over me
I'd look out toward the stars
Reflecting off my teeth
I've never felt too far
From the nature of the beast
And I can feel the calling wild
The animal in me
The feral dose of god
That shattered my thinking
And now I feel it all
With new intensity
I'm reminded of how small
My perception tends to be
