It was a yes or no. It was a black or white. It was a good idea. It was a plebiscite. It was a low turnout. It was a devastating blow. It was cruel and calculating. But what do I know.

If you want to know my heart, as long as you can feel, you can touch my cicatriz. That will never heal. The day you turn your back, the second that you ran, it was a synonym for over.

And the centerfold, and the charlatan, with the lion's body, and the head of man. It was a Billy Butler moment. That's what I was told. Darkness drops again. The center cannot hold.
