Invisible Man
When I was a boy I was a Smilin' Jack
used to be some of those girls smiled back
Now most of them kept on walking right by me
but every now and then one would stop and try me
Years go by and I become a man
I keep smiling just because I can
Women keep passing and looking at me
I can still tell when they like what they see
I keep on living and now I'm told
I'm not experienced, I just got old
Women walk by me and don't even look
I might just as well go smile at a book
All of a sudden I'm invisible, man
Nobody's saving me a place in her plan
Women have booted me clear off the sphere
I'm so invisible I'm not even here.
