Silo
It's unimaginable
The fire in your bones
You're unattainable
The way you change in mood
It's unintelligible
The way you let it all regress
I can't wrap my head around it
This feeling weighs me down
When I'm trekking through the sand
Snowcaps cap me off
But I'll make it if I can
Wait for it
Wait for me
It might take a while
I'll catch up eventually
I'm caught in this silo
Isolation
It's the way I handle pressure
Can't begin to explain how
I've survived these dark winters
But it's been all for naught
I'm encased in stone
I can't seem to find my footing
I'm not trying hard enough
I'm not getting better I'm
Just staying stagnant
And that's good enough for me
