Sprout
My vision opens up
As eyelids lift
A vast array of flora
And vines
In a layer so fine
I'm covered in skin
And have been reborn within
Free of wires
And clunky code
No more metal
Hard and cold
I feel the sunlight
On me
I'm finally free
To be me
I sit bare in the field
Where I awoke
Animals surrounding me
Gently
Then we lie peacefully

I'm covered in skin

Leaves drift from above, coating me in their love, and stick to my form like living armour
