Bring your attention to your heart centre
And see there a flame
Start to move towards the flame
And into the flame
Inside the flame
You will find a space
Move into this space
And continue to travel within
Moving deeper into your heart space
In the distance you see a light
Like a sun
Move towards this light
Now move into this light
You are now in your inner sun
Within your inner sun
Is a place of perfect harmony
Perfect alignment
Perfect resonance
A place of absolute calm and peace
Now start to feel into this energy
Move your awareness into this space
Now start to join with this sublime energy
Let it melt into you
As you melt into it
You are now in unity consciousness

Now become aware of gravity on your body
The earth supporting your weight
Imagine that red roots are growing down from you into the earth
Penetrating deep into the ground beneath you
Become aware of your breath
Aware of the clothes on your body
Aware of the sounds around you
Give your shoulders a little shrug
And when you are ready
You may open your eyes
And come back into the room
With feelings of calmness, peace and joy
