Living a Dream

Living a Dream

We went to Rome and got married a day in September
The sordid Speech of my Mother, you remember
But apart from that everyone was great
We sang my old Songs and we were served Wine until Midnight.
Walking Home you went barefoot at Colosseum
What a Day, you were the Light of it all
Made me wonder am I living a Dream

While the World is big and blue
All I want is to be with you
though my Heart is small, it's true
and all my Love, that's for you
There are so many Things that we can do

We flew to New York to see Billy Joel in the Gardens
Central Park wasn't all quite what you had expected
But we both got in The New York State of Mind
Once in Tokyo you dressed up like a Geisha
And in Kyoto I had the Steak of my Life
And what a Life, you're the Light of It all
Makes me wonder am I living a Dream?

While the World is big and blue
All I want is to be with you
though my Heart is small, it's true
and all my love, that's for you
There are so many things that we can do

Trough the Rainstorms in Texas we drove out of Houston
I had a try to become, well, World Champion.
What a Meet, I just ended sixth
Better luck we had when we came to Las Vegas
I'll never forget your Cousin wearing those Slacks
But what I life, you're the Light of It all
Makes me wonder am I living a Dream

While the World is big and blue
All I want is to be with you
Though my Heart is small, it's true
All my Love, that's for you
There are so many Things that we shall do!
Ah, hoohoo!
