El disco aparece solo unas semanas después del lanzamiento de otro disco póstumo e imprescindible: En Vivo en el Gran Rex 2006.

Nano Stern y Luis Emilio Briceño presentan en Europa, En septiembre canta el gallo —ganador del festival In-Edit Chile—, un documental sobre la Nueva Canción Chilena, desde sus inicios hasta el golpe de estado de Pinochet; todo ello narrado a través de las voces de sus protagonistas y de imágenes, algunas de ellas inéditas hasta la fecha. Esto será hoy 2 de noviembre en el marco del festival In-Edit de Barcelona.
