Bridges
The bridges you walk
Won't feel the same
As the ones you build
So you end in the street, screaming in your quilt
The roads are just bumpy
Ditches under you
But the ones they walk
Are as flat as still waters
When you tried walking them, you had to cross ten borders
The house you build
Was falling apart
So you knocked on doors
To find a home
But you had to continue your wild a' wandering roam
If only we were
Without the troubles
It would be like the sweet
Couples giggling
You're wondering if you'll ever find a way out of the sickening
The boats you
Were sailing
Sailed right into
A storm of sorrow and burden
People looked right into your heart, but fast pulled their curtain
You were waiting close to the rails
But when the train came
You were stuck in the trench
Stuck feeding away ducks with knowledge on the bench
Unexpected snow
On the grass fields
Like a blanket from the sky
Unfolding upon thee
Yet it feels like the world is scolding me
