All this summer I have

Maybe I don't understand what's going on
Maybe I just haven't felt like this in forever
It feels lucid
And I'm floating away with the tide

All this trouble I had
Disappeared
On a rooftop shadowed by a mountain
At sunset
And it seemed so sad to be leaving you
Like we'd never been apart
Will it seem so sad in the warmness of the last sun?
So clear in this moment
I am where I should be
To realise and find comfort
I'll see you when you return
I'm going nowhere
