When I wake up my head still feels heavy
Cluttered up from the dreams the night before
I was lost at sea one thousand days
With a bottle and a broken compass

I had lost the will to live until
I woke on a strange and distant shore.
But I was only dreaming the troubled signs
Of a mind that's ill at ease

I've been lost and found
Then I turned around
Took the trouble just to see what's going down Wait awhile and the world will change
Or it changes you I'm not sure which

And Scars may never fade, but strength is
The heart to let them show with courage

A spark begins to glow.

So when you're fortunes stall
If you start to fall
Taking comfort that your back's against the wall. Wait awhile and the world will change
If there's one thing that I've found that's true It's Scars may never fade, but strength is

Destruction, birth in fantasy
